For our out-of-town guests, we provide comfortable accommodation from Friday, September 19th to Sunday, September 21st, 2025. We want you to fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about getting back home.

Transport for International Guests

Guests arriving from abroad can use the following airports:
Kraków Balice (KRK)
Katowice Pyrzowice (KTW)
There are flight connections available, including from Switzerland:
Zurich (ZRH) – Kraków (KRK)
Memmingen (FMM) – Kraków (KRK)
We offer the possibility to organize transportation from the airport to the hotel. If needed, please contact us in advance to arrange the transfer.

Welcome Dinner

On Friday, September 19, 2025, we are delighted to invite our out-of-town guests to a welcome dinner, which will take place at Basia’s family home in Zarzecze at 6:30 PM.
At around 6:15 PM, all hotel guests will be picked up and transported to the venue. The return is scheduled for 11:00 PM.

TRANSPORT

To ensure your full comfort and freedom during the celebration, we are organizing transportation for our guests. Throughout the event, a driver will be at your disposal, safely taking you back to your homes or hotel. We hope this will allow you to fully enjoy this special evening!

Dress code

We do not impose a strict dress code – the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and at ease. We ourselves love to dress up for such occasions, but we want everyone to wear what feels right and makes them feel their best. The most important thing is to share joy and have a great time together!

FOR THE LITTLE ONES

We want this day to be joyful not only for the adults but also for our youngest guests. That’s why, during the reception, we’ll have an entertainer who will ensure fun and engaging activities for the children. We hope that, thanks to this, both the little ones and the adults will be able to fully enjoy the time spent together.
